I am writing this letter to thank you for your totally awesome treatment of me and my condo during the past couple of weeks.

After our first meeting, I just knew I would be in good hands and you didn’t disappoint me, “ever”.   The fact that the condo sold in one week and we were bang on with the price we agreed upon was terrific.  No complaints from the buyer, that’s for sure.

Since I confided in you some personal information, your empathy, caring and general interest in helping me sell my condo was greatly appreciated.

So now it is on to the next chapter in my life, but in the meantime thanks for doing such a terrific job.  I would recommend you to anyone thinking of selling their residence.
